That means you have the amazing and exciting opportunity to experience hoursss of what could be epic-ness. Point blank- your brain will fry from connection overload before it could ever accurately read the future. Instead, it piles on worry, anxiety and stress. And worst of all— it's a huge time and energy waster.
Now, close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Breathe in deep… exhale your breath… and take a moment to reflect on the here and now. The fact that you will never be able to predict the future or change the past means that there is no sense in wasting energy on these thoughts because they don't actually exist in the present moment. The moment that truly matters is the one you are in and using that each moment to make conscious choices.
Repeat these affirmations to Self. Repeat again. Embed them in your mind and remember to live in the present moment- the time is yours to control but only in the now. 〰️
