What a time to be alive! The night sky blesses us with a full moon in Capricorn and a lunar eclipse. Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, Pluto, and Neptune are all retrograde right now. This astrological transit returns us home… it brings us back to a place we’ve been before or at least feel a sense of familiarity with our current placement. We’ve been here before and hopefully we can watch for and recognize worn out patterns including ancestral patterns. This is the moment to release beliefs and perspectives handed down from past generations if they prevent us from evolving and moving forward into a better future.

Whatever the motion in the cosmic ocean, we’re waking up to the fact that we’ve got to find our own way, and walk in alignment with our visions and our values, toward our purpose and following our passion (svadharma). We are being called to reflect on the intersection of our work, relationships, and responsibilities in relation to the tension we feel between structure and freedom. This transit is all about gathering the momentum for future forward motion. Moving through this cycle means attending to what is, shedding outdated notions, and reaching the velocity needed to move through tremendous force and resistance. How can we align ourselves with the frequency that is going to give us the energy we need to re-order our universe? This lunation is all about rebuilding our foundations and reorganizing our systems from a more holistic and inclusive perspective. Whatever we can imagine is real.
